New year's greeting

      Happy New Year:

      Full steam ahead, auspicious beginning . In this New Year 's moments , onbehalf of the company CMC , I’d like to send new year’s greetings to allstaffs, each cooperated parter and all the people in each community for theirhard working. 

      The year of 2014 is the fifteenth anniversary of the establishment of ThinkTank fire. In this year, we opened up the rail transportation industry , deepingmarket channels and increasing market share.  We adhered to innovation, promoted the development of the industry ;improved the organizational structure and service levels.  We improved and beautified the production andliving environment, improving employee identity ; curing management processes ,and consolidated the four modernizations ( institutionalized procedures,standardization ) construction ; conduct training to learn virtue ,precipitation corporate culture.

      Inmarketing and brand building: it undertakes the delivery and installation of622 projects , 53 maintenance projects , the annual contract volume grew by41.82% ; in 2013 , it purchased China Mobile Fire gas extinguishing productCentral , winning the bid in China Telecom Zhejiang Branch Fire Hangzhou Metroand Shenzhen Metro , Guangzhou Metro.  Byproduct description , industry's annual conference , exhibitions and technicalseminars ,  the Hero technology anddemand information have been communicated; it continued its ‘going out’strategy , participated in "into Eastern Europe ", "APECsummit" , " Kazakh Prime Minister of follow-up groups " andother foreign exchange activities , improving the market visibility of Hero. 

      In technological innovation : we improve the quality management system,optimize the production process ; control 3C certification and FM certificationstandards , purchase of production , testing and inspection equipment, improveproduction and inspection procedures . Involved in the preparation of thenational standard " pre-engineered gas extinguishing system flow calculationmethods and verification test " , updated extinguishing systems laboratory; in the process of technological innovation , we have made four utility modelpatents, a provincial new product , and there is a national innovation fundprojects passed inspection.

      In terms of service areas: optimizing the organizational structureestablished to guide the installation department , establish constructioncenter , engineering, installation guide and strengthen internal projectmanagement ; and standardize the service processes, improve service levels andquality.

      In terms of production and beautifying lifeenvironment” fix production process, improve producing environment, optimizefactories’ functional sections, enlarge producing ability; refurnish staffs’accomodation, staffs’activity center,add the gym, KTV, cinema, bars and activity facilities, improve staffs’ living environment in practice.

      In management and corporate culture : development of systems managementframework , standardize work processes , improved training and assessmentmethods and incentives , revised and improved contingency plans for each system; improved employee benefits, the introduction of corporate pension system ;successfullyheld the 15 year anniversery activity which is named as ‘growing, thanksgiving,sharing and going beyond; promoted quality cultivating, improved staffs’quality and staffs’ sense of belonging; launching the charity activity with thetopic of ‘holding the dream with love’, together with 4 primary schools by helping25 poor students.

      In the future, we will sail. In the new year, we willcontinue to be market -oriented, innovation –driven and regard brand managementas the core, take the effort towards specialization , large research anddevelopment, information technology transformation ( First transform allinternal processes , internal all information transformation ; the second isthe development of the road by means of information reengineering relationshipbetween company and customer ) of the new enterprise rapids. We will grasp Sevennew opportunities in the new normal release of opportunity ( opportunity toaccelerate the development of strategic emerging industries , development andopportunities across the service sector , urbanization chance opportunitiesrise Midwest , technological change , opportunities for Chinese enterprises togo out , emerging market opportunities format ) to optimize the allocation ofresources , and guide employees, partners and potential to improve efficiencyand achieve common development of employees , partners and the company.

      New normal , new ideas, new development. Looking ahead to 2015 ,opportunities and challenges , hard work and ideals coexist. This will be ourthird five-year plan crucial year , I believe that under the joint efforts ofall employees, partners and friends of the care in the community help, ThinkTank will soar gas gathering, brainstorming, solidarity and cooperation, worktogether to create 2015 Think Tank firefighting situation ; for employees andpartners consolidate development platform ; make new achievements for theindustry progress ; for social development and make new contributions.
