——review andsummary of the company’s first skills competition

     To publicize and popularize Think Tank’s values more profoundly"professional" connotation, practicing the basic thoughts of"three changes", as well as testing and understanding employees'professional skills level, truly implement the professional spirit of theenterprise values, to improve the working efficiency of the enterprise internalstaff and external service ability and level, the company’s first skill game -and Think Tank fire guinness officially kicked off on September 12, 2013.  The skills competition was organized by the administrativesystem, general manager, activities in line with the "friendship first,competition second," to participate in the principle, got the positiveresponse of the system, personnel and support.In the end, the game activitiesin the administrative system and the general manager, under the elaborateorganization earnestly and the heads of all project activities under the fullcooperation of the staff, after a month of time finally ended at the end ofSeptember.Throughout the game to participate in a cumulative total of more than80. 

     During the launch of the game, each contestant all work hard,with the highest level of skills, skills: see that office software game, theplayers were type such as fly, fingers dancing over the keyboard.Electricwelding, the scene is "hot", sparks, is very spectacular;Alarm systeminstallation and debugging, a seemingly quiet surface, but the actualundercurrent of competition;Driving skills contest, the nature is the mostonlookers personnel, lively, seemingly simple, but also the test details anddriving habits, security of a game.

      The game is not only about skills, but also the psychologicalquality and comprehensive ability.Eventually after a month tense and fiercecompetition, the competition of excellent players stand out in the end.OnOctober 10 th, the company in righteousness hall on the fourth floormeeting the skills contest activities, and commend and award to all the winningplayer. 

      The skills competition wasorganized by the company for the first time and the competitors participated inthe game initially.  Maybe they just heldthe attitude of having a try to test and understand their own ability andlevel; maybe they took part in the competiton with full confidence but theresults were not satisfactory.   Nomatter what kind of state of mind they may hold, the rules are transparent, thecompetition is in public and the results are fair.

     Although the competition is over, but the smoke of war which cannot beseen is still spreaded over in the air. The competition gave competitors lotsof feelings.  Through the competition,competitors see their own insufficient places as well as the distance betweenthemselves and others.  But there is anable man behinds able people, the pursuit of professional has no end.  

      We hope that through thisgame, all staffs can have a more comprehensive understanding of their ownskills. With an honor prize winners back at the same time,prize winners also goback with a responsibility .  Not proud,not complacent, communication skills, the spirit of professional;Eachdepartment manager through the game, has a serious reflection and summary ofthe members of the department work skill levels, targeted guidance andtraining, improve the department of comprehensive ability;Relevant functionaldepartments in combination with the skills competition to planning, personneltraining, the results combined with personnel promotion, relocating, providesthe basis for selecting talent for the company.At the same time also want totake this opportunity to continue to deepen, precipitation cinda fireenterprise values.
