Enterprise cultivation of virtue : loyalty, filial piety , propriety , righteousness, benevolence, wisdom, faith , courage

Loyalty: Loyalty" basically means dedication , and selfless for the whole public. " Said the text" : "loyalty , dedication King also said loyalty means respect. ." "Rhyme" said : "loyalty , selfless too ." Zhu Xi said: " make our own ,that is can be called loyalty ." Yang Jing " ? Xunzi ceremony on the note" : "loyalty , honesty too ." "Honesty" , "real" synonymous , that "loyalty" is a bona fide means. "Loyalty" reality orientation , is loyal to the motherland, to the people , and to the motherland , the people responsible ; past, " dedicated " , today is " dedication ."

filial piety: Filial piety is the traditional Chinese culture, referring to children 's behavior that is not disobedient to parents , family elders and ancestors’ willing, which is a stable performance in family relations . The so-called piety exceeds a hundred kinds of behaviors reflecting the great importance of Chinese concept of filial piety . Culture is the core of filial respect and pension . As the fine tradition of the Chinese nation generally accepted , children honor their parents , love , care, support for the elderly , the elderly enjoy the company pf their grandchildren , this spirit ,no matter in the past or at present or in the future , have a universal social significance.

 propriety: " propriety" refers to etiquette, manners and etiquette , the " etiquette of regulation ." "propriety " was originally a primitive society customs and ritual blessing ceremony . "Book • Table in mind," said, " Yin deity , the rate of people with things of God first and then the ghost of Man" , refers to a ritual, a custom , was also not the " gift" as a code of ethics , morality norms and moral philosophy to be clear and advocacy.

Meaning : "Righteousness " means ethical behavior and truth, as sacrifice for justice , is that life can be sacrificed in order to realize righteousness. "Righteousness" who speak the word , add a little , meaning the shot when others are in trouble early , helping people one, namely justice. Promotion of justice, is to uphold justice , to maintain chastity ; Talking about " righteousness" , think friends of loyalty , "as a friend go through anything " , this is actually of small meaning.  We talk about the national cause. A good higher self , a transcendent self goodness . We talk about the national cause, a kindness that exceeds oneself , a transcendent self goodness . Any person , at a critical time,  can not be made against national , ethnic thing ; the enemy , the face of difficulties , not treachery collaborators . Insist on social justice, the courage to fight the forces of evil , not in cahoots with the forces of evil . Of course, as a specific, real people, treat a friend to a sense of obligation , not betray a friend , not harm a friend , which is the basic requirements of life, the basic quality is to gain a foothold in the community

Benevolence: About "benevolence ", the first was from the "Book ." "Book ", said: "  kekuan Keren , zhao xin zhao ming ," meaning that "Benevolence" is the earliest meaning of "family " means , "Dictionary ", said: " benevolent ." This mainly refers to family members , relatives among clan should " dear ", the " benevolence " of the situation , confined between the family relatives. With the history of evolution,the meaning of "benevolence" has been further extended by the "family " to the development of "love ." Laozi said: " with good kernel ." It is meant to be friendly , sincere and selfless when getting along with people .

wisdom : wisdom is equivalent with"knowledge" , the basic category of Confucius epistemology and ethics.It means getting to know, understanding, knowledge, smart , wisdom and so on. Connotation is mainly related to the nature of knowledge , knowing the source of the content knowledge , knowledge of the effects of other aspects . About the nature of knowledge , Confucius believed that knowledge is a moral category , is a normative knowledge of human behavior . "Wisdom " , as one of the basic elements of Chinese traditional virtues , appears very early in the written records . Confucius often says,’ there are three Roads of being gentle: being benevolent and do not worry ,being wise and do not worry , being brave . " < Moderate> says ‘three elements -wisdom, kindness and brave are great virtues of the world.  The words ‘ knowing as knowing, not knowing as not knowing is real knowing’ means that there are always problems confusing people even if they are equiped with abundent knowledge.  Therefore, we should have the attitude of pursuing for facts.  Only by this can we learn about more knowledge, which is a behavior of wisdom. 

Faith : Faith refers to honest, not deceit but credit . "Trust", as a category of Confucian ethics , means that people should be honesty , reliable, not hypocrisy. One important condition for achieving both moral principle of "benevolence " demostrated by Confucius , but also one of the elements of its Ethics. Confucius and his disciples proposed faith by asking people in accordance with the ritual of mutual trustworthy , in order to adjust between the ruling class , the contradictions between antagonistic classes . Confucianism puts faith as the foundation of establishing the country and ruling the country.  Faith is faithful to the original appearance of things , do not hide their true thoughts, do not hide their true feelings , do not lie , do not cheat , not for ulterior motives and deception of others . Trustworthy, is disloyal , credibility , commitment , faithful to their obligations , and promised to do certain things of others . Faithfully fulfill their obligations of every citizen should have a modern professional quality.

Courage: "courage" is defined as " have the courage and daring ." In Confucian, culture and historical heritage of a few years ago , "courage" has also been given abundent meaning. "Courage" was advocated premise is to meet "benevolence , righteousness, propriety, wisdom ", otherwise it is likely to produce " unjust courage ." In real life , courageous, brave decisions , brave force , a little courage , bravery ......are qualities of winners , and insufficient"courage" is difficult to achieve success.   Being hesitate, going back or fearing a lot may be able to reduce the risk , but may also lead to harmful effects . But too blindly "courage" will be called impulsive, reckless , and often lead to harmful effects , adverse consequences. So in working life , we have to let "courage" moderate, let the "courage" and "prudent" , " cool " as partners, in order to reduce the adverse consequences of achievement .
